If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be in the same condition as received and must not be damaged, installed, modified or tampered with.
Before returning any item, customers must contact us to obtain return instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is significantly not as described or we made an error with the order.
For used or surplus industrial parts, normal signs of previous use may be present. Product photos, condition notes and testing information should be reviewed carefully before purchase.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
