Unless otherwise stated, used and surplus parts are supplied with a limited functional warranty. This warranty covers basic functionality only and does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, improper wiring, overvoltage, physical damage, water damage, modification or unauthorized repair.
Before shipping, we may test or visually inspect items when possible. Customers may request additional photos or testing information before purchase.
Warranty claims must be reported in writing with clear photos, videos, order information and a description of the issue.
If a product is confirmed to be defective and covered by warranty, we may offer repair, replacement, store credit or refund depending on the situation.
